Our annual Christmas Party with games and a potluck celebration. The Bear Den (each scout) is in charge of bringing an entree or side dish. The Tigers, Wolf, and Webelos 1&2 are assigned to each bring treats. The Pack will provide hot cider, hot chocolate and of course water. We’re in need of a couple volunteers to loan and help setup some decorations.
Scouts and parents collect Christmas Trees for a donation. The older boys drive around with the Boy Scouts to gather trees. The younger boys collect trees at the Sudden Valley Market parking lot near Remax Realty. This is a big fundraiser for the pack and all boys are required to attend*.
If you live in the Sudden Valley area, then bring your tree to the Sudden Valley Market parking lot on Friday from 4-7pm or on Saturday. If you live in Geneva or the Lakeway area, the scouts will be out on Saturday driving down the streets and pickup any left out by the curb.
(*If you are unable to attend please let the Cubmaster know as soon as possible.)

Pack 19 celebrates Scouting’s Anniversary with a “birthday party” called the Blue and Gold Banquet. The purpose is to thank Cub Scout leaders and other adults who have helped the pack plus hand out awards and graduate the Arrow Of Light Scouts to Boy Scout Troops. This special evening is for all the scouts and their families. This year includes a dessert potluck in the conference room behind the The Firs Dining Hall.
- Each household will need to bring one dessert item.
- Scouts will need to be dressed in their class A uniforms.
There will also be a Friends Of Scouting presentation to help support scouting in our council. If you are able to give, please remember to bring a donation.
