Pack 19 celebrates Scouting’s Anniversary with a “birthday party” called the Blue and Gold Banquet. The purpose is to thank Cub Scout leaders and other adults who have helped the pack plus hand out awards and graduate the Arrow Of Light Scouts to Boy Scout Troops. This special evening is for all the scouts and their families. This year includes a dessert potluck in the conference room behind the The Firs Dining Hall.
- Each household will need to bring one dessert item.
- Scouts will need to be dressed in their class A uniforms.
There will also be a Friends Of Scouting presentation to help support scouting in our council. If you are able to give, please remember to bring a donation.
Tickets are being handed out now and at the Blue & Gold Banquet. If you need tickets talk to your den leader. You can also contact Michelle Segerman above for tickets or to sign up for ticket booths.
Participation is mandatory. Each scout is required to sell $100 worth in tickets*. Scouts will need to be dressed in their class A uniforms when selling tickets at a booth and also at the Pancake Breakfast. Money and leftover tickets need to be turned in by or at the meeting on the 27th.
Ticket Booths:
- Friday, March 23rd from after school to 6pm @ Hardwear Sales
- Friday, March 23rd from after school to 6pm Barkley Haggens

Haggens also said that if we wanted to set up a booth any Monday- Friday for after school that Michelle just needs to call them. So if any parents would like to set up a time, please let Michelle know the day and times.
We will soon have the schedule and assignments for the day of the Pancake Breakfast.
